How to Set Up Your Chafing Dish

1. Place rack
2. Position the water pan on top of the rack (the water pan can be identified as the pan with more depth)
3. Pour water onto the water pan. 
4. Position the food pan above the water pan
5. Open the fuel using the fuel opener. 
6. Place the opened fuel below the pans.
7. Light.
